At Overnewton Anglican Community College, we’ve recently been reminded of how quickly a young person’s life, along with the lives of their family, school, and community, can change in an instant. This year, we are proud to participate in Canteen’s Bandanna Day, a cause dedicated to supporting young people affected by cancer.
Canteen makes a powerful difference by helping young people navigate the emotional and practical challenges of cancer in their family. They provide essential support to rebuild their sense of stability and offer connections with others who truly understand what they’re going through.
We invite our community to join us in reaching our goal by purchasing bandannas and, in doing so, offer life-changing support to those who need it most. Together, we can help provide young people with the tools and support they need to face this overwhelming journey with strength and resilience.
